LION’S MANE

Complete Recipe — Lion’s Mane Crab-Style Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lion’s Mane mushroom
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Tear Lion’s Mane into shreds and sauté dry until moisture evaporates.
  2. Cool slightly, then mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Pan-fry in butter or oil until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve with lemon and aioli.
