KING TRUMPET OYSTER

King Trumpet mushrooms produce thick, dense stems with small caps. Unlike clustered oysters, they are harvested individually. Their firm texture makes them ideal for slicing, grilling, and pan-searing.

They grow slower than standard oysters but have superior shelf life and strong culinary demand.

Ingredients

  • King Trumpet stems
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. Slice stems into thick rounds.
